Lifeline 400
The Lifeline 400 unit comes with a neck pendant or wrist strap. In an emergency, you can summon help by pressing the button on the pendant, wrist strap or Lifeline 400 unit.The call centre will check to see if you need help. They will arrange for someone to come to your home or can contact your family, doctor or emergency services.

Connect +
This unit can be linked to a range of telecare sensors, including smoke, flood and gas detectors. In an emergency an alarm will be triggered and the call centre will check to see if you are all right. The unit can also be used to set voice reminders, such as when to take medication. If the person doesn't respond to the reminder the unit will raise an alert with the call centre.

GMS unit
This unit lets you have a Lifeline alarm when there is no phone line connected. It uses a mobile phone signal to connect the Lifleline unit to the call centre. The GMS unit can be used with all telecare control units, such as the Lifeline Connect + (see above) and allows you to stay safe at home.

Carer alert
The Carer alert can be used when when a carer is in the home and will let them know if an alarm has gone off, rather than raising an alarm with the call centre It will also tell them which alarm has gone off. If the carer does not repond then the unit will alert the call centre.

Personal trigger
You can wear the personal trigger on a cord around your neck or on a wrist strap. Just press the button in an emergency, which will trigger an alarm and let the call centre know you need help.

The minute watch
The Minuet Watch is both a waterproof watch and a personal trigger. It can be worn on the wrist or on a neck cord. Just press the button on the watch in an emergency, which will trigger an alarm and let the call centre know you need help.The watch face will flash to confirm that the trigger button has been pressed.

Bogus caller buttons are also called 'panic buttons'. A 'bogus caller button' can be installed next to the front door or beside your bed. This allows you to simple press the button, automatically raising an alarm at your help centre, if you fear that a bogus caller or burglar is trying to break in to your property. The call centre can then listen to the situation and call the police, if necessary.
