We understand there's nowhere quite like home - it's where you feel most comfortable, independent and safe. But, sometimes circumstances mean it's hard to cope. That's when people really appreciate our range of tailored support services.

 

 

Support Services

We can help you get the most out of life with our range of support services. We'll give you one-to-one support to give you confidence to make the choices you want. We also have a range of housing choices so you can live independnetly in your own home with support on hand when you need it. 

 

 

Care

Whether it’s short-term care to help you recover from an illness or spell in hospital, or longer term support, our trained carers help every day of the year.

 

 

 

Care & Repair

Our advice and practical help with home adaptations, imrpovements and repairs helps older or disabled people remain living in their own homw in comfort and safety. Our Handihelp service also tackles small jobs around the home.

 

 

 

Telecare

Our 24-hour home alarm and monitoring service gives you round-the-clock help and support for complete peace of mind.
