Ridgeway provides homes and support services to help older, vulnerable or disabled people keep their independence. Since 2004, we have built four new extra-care schemes in the Devizes area and Plymouth, and development of a fifth is underway in Cornwall

Ridgeway Support Services
We run a variety of supported housing schemes in Andover, Devizes, Swindon and Plymouth for people who are either elderly, living with mental ill health, young and homeless or need safety from domestic violence.

Ridgeway Care
Ridgeway Care provides high quality personal and domestic care services to people in their own home. Whether it’s short-term care to help people recover from an illness, assistance after a spell in hospital, or longer term support, our trained carers help every day of the year.

Ridgeway Care & Repair
We offer a range of building services that enable older and disabled people to remain independent. We have offices in Kennet, West Wiltshire, North Wiltshire and Swindon, improving and adapting homes for hundreds of customers each year.

Our 24-hour telephone alarm service gives customers round-the-clock help and support for complete peace of mind.

Our people
Our staff are dedicated to helping customers keep their independence and several employees have won national awards for their commitment to their work.
